About our founder...
EAM Consulting was founded in 2009 by director and principal consultant Mark Lees (pictured left). Mark has spent his entire career working in maintenance related roles - from his days as an apprentice millwright in a heavy engineering company through to working as Engineering Manager of one of the largest non-woven fibre based product manufacturers in the UK.
Having worked in diverse hands-on and supervisory/managerial roles, Mark has a wealth of maintenance experience across several disciplines, and also has the insight to understand how maintenance 'works' from both the shop floor and managerial perspectives.
Mark's experience in industry, and dealings with many consultants and advisors highlighted a very important fact – many companies offer maintenance related consultancy services, but few offered a personal, tailored and affordable service aimed specifically at small companies. Whatever your needs, you can rest assured that you will be dealing with an industry professional with over 25 years experience in his field.
